I. General Description:
This machine can convey many different materials, like dry powder, such as coffee, wheat flour, condiment and it also fits for some small batches. Combining with the packaging machine of our company, we can present you situation tracing with the above material. It can also be used separately. The whole machine are made of stainless steel of 304 except for the power.

II. Characteristics
1, The vibrating screw feeding machine equips with double motors: Feeding motor and vibrating motor, each of them has its own switch control.

2, Once starts the switch, the hopper would be in continuously vibration which makes the material flow easily and convective. And with different requirement, the size can be changed X cor made according to customer's requirement.

3, The hopper separates from the twisting shift, designing with the reasonable structure, each part of the conveyor can be taken down easily.

4, With dust-proof characteristic, the hopper won't be glued or polluted by dust and powder. And the complete machine is made of Ss304 except for the motor.

5, with specific design, it's very easily and convenient to clean up the residue and leftover, also this equipment can discharge the material reversely, and the storing materials at the bottom of hopper pipe can be easily released from the door once starting the switch.

1, Part one: Two motors
One for screw feeding;
The other for hopper's vibrating

2, Part two: Residue hole for materials releasing
With opening door at the bottom of the screw pipe for material's releasing.

3, Part three: Protector
There is protection lid and safety grid under the lid of the hopper, which is to prevent outside materials coming inside.

4, Other optional hopper, like the rounded hopper
